Masqué (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Midnight Masque LLC, provides access to private, curated events. By using this website or attending a Masqué event, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Events

Masqué operates as a private, curated event series. Access is limited and subject to approval. Submitting a request or purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry.

All events are 21+ only.

2. Admission & Conduct

Entry to events is at the discretion of Masqué.

Guests are expected to:

Masqué reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual at any time. In such cases, tickets remain non-refundable.

3. Tickets & Payments

All ticket purchases are subject to the Masqué Refund Policy.

Tickets:

  • may not be transferred without permission
  • are required for entry where applicable

Masqué reserves the right to modify ticketing terms as needed.

4. Event Changes

Event details, including date, time, location, and programming, may change.

In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and provided with available options (refund or credit).

Masqué is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (travel, accommodations, etc.).

5. Photography & Media

Events may include photography and video.

By attending, you acknowledge that:

6. Personal Responsibility

By attending a Masqué event, you assume all personal responsibility for your participation.

Masqué is not liable for:
