All Masqué ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless an event is canceled by Masqué. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered either a refund or credit toward a future event.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, your ticket will not be refunded or credited.
Entry to Masqué events is subject to approval and adherence to event guidelines. Masqué reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual at its discretion. In such cases, tickets remain non-refundable.
Event details, including date, time, and location, may change. Minor changes do not qualify for refunds.
