MASQUÉ : ATELIER

OBSESSION

obsession poster vertical

Some desires pass.
Others take hold.

There is wanting.
And then there is the thing you cannot stop wanting.

OBSESSION explores the point where attraction becomes fixation — where curiosity turns into compulsion and desire begins to occupy more of us than we intended.

OBSESSION

Inspired by the idea that the events which affect us most are often the ones we never see coming, Black Swan Theory builds unpredictability into the architecture of the night.

For one night, Masqué returns to The Loft Mansion for another edition of :Atelier — a house of music, performance, beauty, discovery, and play.

Somewhere along the way, find your obsession.

Perhaps it’s a person you notice across the room — and somehow keep noticing.

Perhaps it’s a sound that pulls you back upstairs.

A performance you weren’t supposed to find.

A conversation that lasts longer than expected.

A room you leave and inevitably return to.

Or perhaps it’s something you came here hoping to find.

:Atelier has always been an invitation to explore. OBSESSION asks what happens when something catches your attention — and refuses to give it back.

MUSIC & EXPERIENCE

There is no single stage and no prescribed path through the night.

Move through the mansion and find different worlds behind different doors. Follow the music upstairs. Disappear into a room you hadn’t noticed before. Encounter performances without warning, unexpected shifts in energy, and moments that reward those willing to wander.

There is no prescribed way through the night.

Follow what draws you.

THROUGHOUT THE EVENING

Some experiences are announced. Others are discovered.

We can revise this module as actual programming is confirmed. We should not list specific experiences we aren’t reasonably confident will happen.

Once DJs/artists are confirmed, we should also be able to add a separate DJ / MUSIC LINEUP section in this general area without changing the rest of the page structure.

DRESS

The OBSESSION campaign artwork should also serve as a visual reference for the wardrobe direction: seductive, elegant, body-conscious, intentional, and slightly dangerous. It is inspiration rather than a requirement to dress in black.

Come dressed accordingly.

Seductive formalwear. Elevated lingerie and bodywear. Sculptural silhouettes. Sharp tailoring. Leather, lace, sheer layers, dramatic proportions, and pieces designed to attract attention.

Color is yours to interpret.

For women: lingerie-forward, body-conscious and provocative rather than conventional cocktail dresses or gowns.

For men: seductive formalwear, sharp tailoring, avant-garde eveningwear, leather, fetish-inspired elements and other elevated interpretations.

Think elegant, intentional, provocative and slightly improbable.

Dress beautifully.
Dress deliberately.

Then come inside, wander, flirt, dance, discover — and play.

The dress standard remains a condition of entry.

MEN'S DRESS CLARIFICATION

For men: a standard button-up shirt, polo, jeans, or conventional night-out attire is not sufficient. The dress standard is mandatory, and guests who arrive dressed this way WILL BE DENIED ENTRY.

The purpose is not to prohibit a button-up shirt from ever appearing as one element of a sophisticated look. It is to make unmistakably clear that an ordinary shirt-and-jeans / standard bar-going outfit does not satisfy the Masqué dress standard.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Masqué : Atelier is a private, curated members event.

Attendance is limited to approved Masqué members and eligible guests.

For women: lingerie-forward, body-conscious and provocative rather than conventional cocktail dresses or gowns.

Event details and location information are shared privately with confirmed attendees.

About :ATELIER

:Atelier is Masqué’s refined, exploratory format, transforming distinctive spaces into temporary worlds of music, performance, atmosphere, and discovery. Guests move through interconnected environments as unexpected encounters and experiences unfold around them, with expressive dress becoming part of the world itself.

THE MASQUÉ WARDROBE

OBSESSION asks you to become a character, but the Masqué standard remains the same: elevated, expressive, and intentional. Build the character through the wardrobe rather than wearing a costume over ordinary clothes. Lingerie and stilettos are not required; effort and transformation are.
